Call recording is essential to improve your interaction with customers, comply with regulations and internal policies, mitigate risk of litigation, monitor quality of service, and leverage recorded calls to gain business insight. Verint Monet provides an easy and affordable, web-based call monitoring software solution to record, archive, and retrieve customer interactions.
On the Record Screen, you will see a list of all interactions on the right. The table will show your call information, such as the Date and Time, Duration, Local Party, Direction, Remote Party, User, and Tagging Information. You can score the interaction by utilizing the Quality Management icon on the right. To play back a call, click on the Recording icon on the left.
Verint Monet - Quickly search and retrieve call recordings
On the left-hand side there is a Search Pane. Use the Search Pane to search only for specific calls or call types. For example, you can only search for all calls of a certain duration, such as under a minute; or you can search for all calls of a certain time period; for a Remote Party, such as Caller ID; Local Party, such as Agent or Extension; among other things. To Export your query results, select your option from this drop-down menu. You can also delete any selected queries.
