ICMI Contact Center Demo in Las Vegas: We’ll Be There!

As call centers play an ever more pivotal role in the success of any business, it becomes even more critical for those who manage call centers to continue delivering quality service and vital customer data. That means keeping up with what’s happening in our industry.

One way to do that, as it has been for three decades, is to attend the ICMI Contact Center Demo & Conference. It’s an opportunity to network with industry leaders, attend roundtable discussions and conference sessions, and tour call center facilities that are doing it right.

If you plan to be at the 2017 event, scheduled for September 25-27 at Mandalay Bay North Convention Center, we hope you’ll stop by and see us at Booth #503. Many of you have been attending these events for years and know it’s always worth the trip. Plus, September in Vegas is not as insanely hot as the summer months, so you might actually be able to get outside between sessions and enjoy some of the other attractions the Strip has to offer.
